The best answer to this is to obtain the Mac. application, comic life which is a program custom designed fro creating comics, it allows you to make images into comics as well as importing your own photos, you can add captions and change page design. Its your best bet. But it from Mac stores or just download it off Azureus.

To make your own comic books, decide on the media that you want to target — be it print, web or CD-based multimedia.

Print comics are the costliest to produce but retain the old-world charm of ‘real’ comic books. Web and multimedia are the easiest and cheapest to get out there, so you can start with web-based digital comics and spread your wings. Sites like YouTube and Metacafe are fantastic platforms to showcase your talent to an international audience.
