Printing pictures?

Okay, so i used to be able to print photos just fine on my computer and on my old printer, but one day i was trying to print a picture and only got the top 1/4 of the picture. So i tried and tried agian but it continued to do the same thing. I bought new ink, new paper, ect. I can print regular text just fine, and “coloring book pages” great, but when it comes to photos it didnt work one bit. So i got a new printer, now i have a hp 1220c… It does the SAME thing! The only thing that i can think of is that there is something wrong with my computer or the way i have things set up. I have brand new cables and a brand new printer, so why would i have the same exact problem? Please someone help me!

For the properties of your printing for photos such as picasa firegraphics or photoshop if it also use third party program to fileprint preview and see if that still wont work go to set up your printer and see if there are any issues posted there are any issues posted there are any issues posted there are any issues posted there or photoshop if that still wont.
