Why won’t Color Preferences work anymore? My page has no color and is transparent-almost impossible to read?
The Color “Preferences” have apparently stopped working - or have somehow been disabled on my Yahoo Mail Page. [Colors still work as usual on all other areas of my computer - only at Yahoo is this my problem.
I have frequently changed the colors easily on my Yahoo Mail/Address Book pages for the past several years, by using the “Options” —- “Preferences” — “Color” Personalization Yahoo page.
Literally, one day, upon signing in to my Yahoo Email page, there was NO color - background is now “transparent-like”, and drop-down menu words/letters (blue) merge on top of other words/letters - creating a word over word effect - almost impossible to read. Clicking on a new “Color” in “Preferences,” then clicking “Save” as I have always done in the past, no longer works.
Have been dealing with this problem for a month now, and am extremely frustrated; almost cannot use my email page. Spent hours trying to figure it out - to no avail. Same now in G-mail.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks!!!
