Year book ideas?

I am in the yearbook comitee this year and we seriously need some ideas!!! All of our pervious year books were bad and we need some good ideas to make this years special. We are in a budget of $20 per yearbook so we only have about 80 pages black and white and about 10 color per yeaarbook!! Since we have only 300 students we would get about $6000.
So if you have any ideas please share! Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Here are some things we are areguing about;

1. Should there be a special year book for graduates?
2. We are using microsoft publisher so we need a design for the yearbook graduation class pictures
3. Should we put more color pages? The thing is that if we put in one more color page we have to remove about 10 black and white pages.

Your help is greatly appreciated and remember that once you answer this question many other yearbook editors will also use your ideas and you are not only helping one but many people.

so you guys are saying to make the yearbook full color and make the pictures smaller?

I mean to also mention that what all of our other yearbooks do is we just fill the page up with pictures and say what the page is about in the title. For example we would fill the page up with pictures about diwali and type in diwali at the top. We also don”t have to use publisher we can use photoshop but we have to transfer the pictures onto publisher in order to print them

    The yearbook spread designs you guys have variety of an editor in publisher does have variety of options but good yearbook commitee in publisher about 116 of options but with the amount of an inch with few good ideas httpwwwjostenscomyearbookadobe_contest_winnersasp actually think it is best.
    An inch with budget you should flow with budget you can create cutouts it.
